for artist, if you'd rather not make your track available for download simply go to your song profile and click on Edit. Scroll down to your track and uncheck the List box. This will make your song unavailable for download...keeping them coming!

As artist we all want to hear what the listeners have to say about the song you just heard. Drop a comment on each track you hear, tell us what you liked and didn't like. If you're a musician give us your valued opinion on the track you clicked on. Don't be shy! tell us what's up..

Well, Chicago was full of Street festivals and we tried to hit as many as we could. we passed info on the site so we hope to see some new tunes from the killer bands we caught live. Summer may be over but keep the tunes coming! We had a small glitch with people trying to upload their tracks but we hope to have all that fixed now. let me know if you have any issues. We slowed down a little on the site mid summer but that's over now and we hope to get more features up in the near future.

Musicians submit a song, depending on how many songs are ahead of your track, your song will be posted in the order it was recieved. If you submit more than one track, then we'll spread your songs a bit so that no one artist/band dominates the Latest Music Uploads page. We've been getting a lot of songs lately so we're uploading to the home page everyday now, Thanks To All You artist! keep submitting, we'll keep listening.. oh, and don't forget to put a picture/Album cover up for your group!

wow, that blew! but we're up and back to par after our updgrade mishap. One new thing we wanted to let everyone know is that starting now we're going to add new tunes to the Latest Music Uploads page everyday. New tunes everyday! We have a nice number of submitted songs so please be patient, We will upload everything submitted (as long as it's well recorded, if not, you'll get the e-mail). Thanks again all!

Today we activated a new feature that will require musicians to create an account with us to submit a track. We hope this doesn't discourage anyone from coming back and submitting more tunes. Soon, as a member, you'll have an easier way of tracking your posted songs and the ones not posted yet. Also, soon you'll be able to select whether or not you would like your tracks available for download. We have lots of changes coming that I know you all will like, come back for more news on those changes. it's coming! Thanks to All for Your Support!!!

Let us know where and when your summer gigs will happen, just go and post it in the comments box of the track you submitted!

There have been a few comments with just the words "that sucks". That doesn't help anyone! tell us why it sucked, specifics will go a long way!

A reminder to all musicians, RadioIndie encourages you to promote your CD's! submit a track and let our fans know where we can go and purchase the entire CD!!
